A state registration of the computer program "MiDA"

02  09.2019 July 25, 2019 our institute received a certificate of state registration of computer program "MiDA - Microarray data Analysis".

The authors of the MiDA program are employees of the Laboratory of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology Filatova E.N., Utkin O.V., Sakharnov N.A., Knyazev D.I.
The program is designed to analyze data on gene expression and / or mRNA transcripts and to identify biological markers of the pathological process in biological samples. The program includes a set of functions that allow you to perform step-by-step data processing, including background correction, data normalization and summarization, binary classification, a statistical assessment of differences in the expression level and the selection of markers.

The program is made in the form of a package in the R language and is placed in the official CRAN repository.
