After 78 years, we continue to be sincerely proud and remember the exploits of our fathers and grandfathers, who courageously fought for their homeland. On this day, we pay special respect to the strength of mind and selflessness of the heroes, whose image will forever remain in our hearts as an example of stamina and courage, true love for their country.
The memory of the Victory continues to unite the most diverse generations. The greatness of the feat in this most cruel war will always serve as a symbol of the national unity, power and invincibility of Russia.
Today we also remember and honor the exploits of sanitary doctors, epidemiologists, microbiologists and infectious disease specialists, thanks to which we managed to protect the Red Army from infectious diseases, prevent epidemics and maintain the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the civilian population.
The post-war period also became a difficult period for the Service. Infrastructure was restored in the shortest possible time, the material and technical base was expanded, sanitary and epidemiological stations, medical institutions were built and restored, and the personnel potential of sanitary doctors was strengthened.
Remembering the difficult pages of the history of the Great Patriotic War, I would like to wish the current defenders of Russia good health, peace, kindness and longevity.
With all my heart I congratulate everyone on the main holiday of our Russia - Victory Day!
