In continuation of the implementation of the project "Open Doors to Science Day" within the framework of the Decade of Science and Technology, on May 17, 2023, the Institute conducted an introductory tour for schoolchildren of the 7th "Z" grade of school No. 176 in Nizhny Novgorod.

The children visited scientific laboratories, where they got an idea of the current scientific research conducted by the institute and aimed at solving the problems of anti-epidemic protection of the population, learned about the principles of operation of modern research equipment, visited the museum, where they got acquainted with the historical milestones of the formation and development of the institute. In general, the event held within the framework of this project aroused great interest among schoolchildren in the field of research and development in the field of biology and medicine.
