By Order No. 137/nk of the Ministry of Science and Education of the Russian Federation dated February 27, 2026, Natalya Nikolaevna Zaitseva, Director of the I.N. Blokhina Novosibirsk Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology (Rospotrebnadzor), Doctor of Medical Sciences, was awarded the title of Associate Professor in Epidemiology.

Natalya Nikolaevna is a professor in the Department of Epidemiology, Microbiology, and Evidence-Based Medicine at the Volga Region Research Medical University (Volga Region Research Medical University) of the Russian Ministry of Health.
