A young scientist from the Blokhina Scientific Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology of Nizhny Novgorod Anna Kashnikova was awarded a diploma from the department of the Academy of Informatization of Education in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

May 22, 2019 in the pension "Morozovsky" (Arzamas district, Nizhny Novgorod region) the 24th Nizhny Novgorod session of young scientists was held. Young specialists presented their studies in the department "Technical, Natural, Mathematical Sciences".
In the section "Medicine, Biology," a young scientist of the institute, junior researcher of the Laboratory of Viral Hepatitis Kashnikova Anna Dmitrievna spoke on the "Assessment of the risk of nosocomial infection with the hepatitis C virus (HCV) of patients and medical staff at a somatic hospital". The speech of Anna Dmitrievna was noted by the diploma of the department of the Academy of Informatization of Education in the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

In total, 15 reports were presented in the section. As a member of the jury was attended by the senior researcher of the Laboratory of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology, Ph.D. Filatova Elena Nikolaevna.
