On December 2, 2025, a joint online seminar of young scientists from the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution "NNIIEM named after Academician I.N. Blokhina" of Rospotrebnadzor and the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution "NNIIGP" of Rospotrebnadzor was held.

From November 26 to 28, the 5th Congress of Young Scientists, a key event of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia, was successfully held at the Sirius Federal Territory.

From October 21 to 23, 2025, the XVII All-Russian scientific and practical conference of young scientists and specialists of Rospotrebnadzor “Modern problems of epidemiology, microbiology and hygiene” was held in Stavropol.

Young scientists spoke about the work of the institute during the war years and shared memories of their relatives who took part in military operations.

The presentation took place at a meeting of the Institute's Academic Council on 06.02.2025 as part of congratulating the Institute's staff on the upcoming Russian Science Day.

On October 30, 2024, a joint online seminar of young scientists "Current issues of assessment and prevention of morbidity in the Nizhny Novgorod region" was held at the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution NNIIEM named after Academician I.N. Blokhina of Rospotrebnadzor and the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution "NNIIGP" of Rospotrebnadzor.

Third-year students of the Volga Region Research Medical University of the Russian Ministry of Health learned the basics of immunology under the guidance of young scientists from the Federal Budgetary Scientific Institution NNIIEM named after Academician I.N. Blokhina of Rospotrebnadzor.

The competition was held as part of the IX National Congress of Bacteriologists, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution “State Research Center for Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology” of Rospotrebnadzor.

On September 4-6, 2024, the XVI All-Russian scientific and practical conference of young scientists and specialists of Rospotrebnadzor "Modern problems of epidemiology, microbiology and hygiene" was held in Yekaterinburg.

Svetlana Vitalievna Oparina was awarded a III degree diploma for her poster presentation at the 77th All-Russian school-conference of young scientists with international participation “Biosystems: organization, behavior, management.”
