Honorary diplomas of the regional committee and medals of the Central Committee of the trade union "For a special contribution to the fight against coronavirus" were awarded to the employees of the institute who distinguished themselves in the fight against the pandemic.

Vasily Nikolayevich Prikaznov, chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod regional organization of the trade union of healthcare workers of the Russian Federation, presented certificates of honor of the regional committee and medals of the Central Committee of the trade union "For a special contribution to the fight against coronavirus" to the employees of the institute who distinguished themselves in the fight against the pandemic.
The trade union Central Committee medal was awarded to:

- Novikova Nadezhda Alekseevna, Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Epidemiology of Viral Infections
- Olga Peksheva, Head of the Laboratory of Molecular Genetic and Serological Research Methods of the Privolzhsky District Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS
