Our institute's staff, as part of a combined choir of regional institutions, took part in a competition of vocalists and choral groups of Rospotrebnadzor institutions and won second place.

The key concept of Health Day is "healthy lifestyle." The 2026 holiday's motto is "Together for Health. Together with Science." The motto is to demonstrate that human health is linked to nutrition, exercise, prevention, ecology, infection safety, and the quality of scientific solutions.

The director of the institute took part in the V Annual Conference on Infectious Diseases "Pokrovsky Readings"

The V Annual Conference on Infectious Diseases "Pokrovsky Readings" was held in Moscow on October 27–28, 2025.

Over the two days of the conference, a plenary session, 23 symposia, and one youth section were held, featuring 129 scientific papers. Participants included heads and leading specialists from research institutes of Rospotrebnadzor, the Russian Ministry of Health, the Federal Medical and Biological Agency, and other agencies and medical organizations, as well as research institute staff, students and faculty from higher education institutions, and members of professional scientific communities. A total of over 850 people attended in person.

Dr. Natalya Nikolaevna Zaitseva, Director of the Institute, served on the conference organizing committee and as a member of the presidium of the plenary session "Infectious Diseases in the Modern World as an Interdisciplinary Problem," where she presented a paper on "Enterovirus Infection in the Russian Federation: Current Issues of Surveillance and Prevention."

Conference participants noted that the "Pokrovsky Readings" remain a vital platform for interdisciplinary dialogue between scientists and practitioners.
