Nikolay Semashko: the creator of Soviet healthcare

The Soviet healthcare system was considered one of the best in the world. Its uniqueness lay in the unified principles of organization and centralization of all healthcare, and the key role was played by free of charge, accessibility and qualification. The creator of the model was Nikolai Aleksandrovich Semashko, the first People's Commissar of Health of the Soviet Union.
World AIDS Day

The competition was held within the framework of the XIII Annual All-Russian Congress on Infectious Diseases named after Academician V. I. Pokrovsky "Infectious Diseases in the Modern World: Current and Future Threats."

Anna Dmitrievna Kashnikova was awarded a 2nd degree diploma for participation in the Competition for Young Scientists of the 13th Annual All-Russian Congress on Infectious Diseases named after Academician V. I. Pokrovsky "Infectious Diseases in the Modern World: Current and Future Threats" a major city in the European part of Russia from 2010 to 2020 ”, which was held in Moscow from May 24 to 26, 2021.
