Nizhny Novgorod hosted the XI All-Russian Congress of Councils of Young Scientists and Student Scientific Societies

On June 21-24, 2023, the XI All-Russian Congress of Councils of Young Scientists and Student Scientific Societies was held in Nizhny Novgorod. Representatives of the Councils of Young Scientists, representatives of Student Scientific Societies, members of the Coordinating Council for Youth Affairs in the Scientific and Educational Spheres of the Council for Science and Education under the President of the Russian Federation and others took part in the work of the congress.
The purpose of the Congress was to involve communities of young scientists in solving the most important problems of the development of society and the country, including in the implementation of the initiatives of the Decade of Science and Technology.
Young scientists of the Nizhny Novgorod Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology named after academician IN Blokhina of Rospotrebnadzor took part in the work of the Congress. At the event, the institute was represented by a member of the SMU of the institute, a member of the SMU of the Nizhny Novgorod region Stanislav Aleksandrovich Sarskov and a member of the SMU of the institute, a member of the Bureau of the SMU&S of Rospotrebnadzor Filatova Elena Nikolaevna.
As part of the congress, a meeting of the Council of Young Scientists of the Nizhny Novgorod Region was held. At the meeting, the results of the work of the SMU NO in the first half of the year were summed up and the work plan of the Council for the second half of 2023 was drawn up.
