Specialists from the Nizhny Novgorod Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology named after Academician I.N. Blokhina of Rospotrebnadzor have developed and received a patent for the invention "A method for detecting antibodies to recombinant proteins VP1, VP2, and VP3 of Echovirus 30."

March 15, 2021 marks the 70th anniversary of the birth of the Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor E.I. Efimov, who has been the director of the Nizhny Novgorod Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology named after V.I. Academician I.N.Blokhina of Rospotrebnadzor.
In connection with this event, on March 15, 2021, the institute conducts scientific readings dedicated to the anniversary of Efimov E.I. The format of the event is online, beginning at 10.00.
